Martin L. Pack has been helping people get out of debt and get a fresh start since 2008. After graduating law school, he initially opened a family law practice. As he represented clients facing divorce he began to notice that the stress of financial problems often seemed to be the breaking point for many marriages. That was when Martin made the decision to focus on bankruptcy law.
I decided to become a lawyer because I wanted to help people. After graduating law school, I thought the best way to make a difference was in family law. But I soon began to notice that many of my divorce clients were struggling with financial difficulties, and I couldn’t help but wonder if they might have been able to avoid divorce if not for the weight of so much debt. And so, I closed my family law practice and made the decision to focus on helping people get out of debt and get the second chance they deserve without losing their home, autos, retirement, or self-respect. It was the best decision of my life. I now feel like I am truly making a difference in people's lives.
When he is not working, Martin enjoys spending time with his family, wrestling with his two children, playing sports, playing poker, traveling, movies, and watching his children whether it be cheer or karate.
